The Metra is 16. ft. x 24 ft. down below and a 16 ft. x 11 ft. 9 in. loft bunk area which gives this building 560 sq. ft. of space. The Metra offers a perlin roof system design that gives it the open vaulted cathedral style look. The building is shipped direct to you via curbside. Roofing shingles are sold separately.
