This building offers 256 sq. ft. of total interior space, the bonus room gives 29.52 sq ft of space. This building is an easy quick assembly project for the D.I.Y. that would needs some extra space to set up an office or some additional space for an over crowded home . The building is shipped direct to you via curbside. Roofing shingles are sold separately.
